OpenWay ("OpenWay", "we", "us", or "our") values clear and responsible handling of information. This notice describes the information associated with the OpenWay mobile application, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.
1. Information involved in providing the app
Depending on the features you choose, OpenWay may process:
- an email address or sign-in identifier, where an account is offered;
- purchase and subscription status supplied by Apple;
- device, operating-system, app-version, language, and general region information;
- feature-use events, crash logs, and performance diagnostics; and
- messages or details you voluntarily send to support.
Apple handles App Store payments. OpenWay does not receive or retain your complete payment-card number.
2. Secure connection features
Where OpenWay offers privacy or connection-management features, they are intended to reduce unnecessary exposure of connection data. We do not inspect or retain the content of communications, files transferred, or a record of the websites you visit through those features.
3. Why we use information
We use limited information to run the app, confirm access to paid features, troubleshoot faults, understand aggregate product use, respond to requests, and protect the service from fraud or misuse.
4. Service providers
OpenWay may use carefully selected providers for infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration, and subscription administration. For example, Firebase services provided by Google LLC may process limited technical and usage data (Privacy Policy); Apphud may process purchase and entitlement information (Privacy Policy). We do not use advertising SDKs for cross-app behavioral tracking.
5. Disclosure and retention
We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only to providers acting for OpenWay, where required by law, or to protect users and the service. Information is kept no longer than reasonably needed for these purposes, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.
6. Security, children, and your requests
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including protected communications and access controls. OpenWay is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or limit processing of your information, including by requesting deletion at [email protected].
7. Updates and contact
