These Terms of Service govern your download and use of OpenWay. By installing or using the app, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use OpenWay.

1. The service

OpenWay is an iOS application providing network-related utilities, connection tools, optional secure-connection functionality, and subscription features. We may refine, add, remove, or limit features as the service evolves.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must meet the age and other eligibility requirements applicable where you live and under Apple App Store rules. Keep your device and any account credentials secure. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Paid features

Certain functionality may require a subscription purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Charges are made to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Pricing, trial availability, and billing periods can differ by storefront and may change. You can manage or cancel through your Apple ID settings. Apple handles refund requests, including through reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Responsible use

Do not use OpenWay to break the law, distribute malicious material, interfere with networks or the app, bypass security, obtain unauthorized access, violate another person's rights, or misuse connection features. We may restrict or end access when these Terms are breached.

5. Ownership and availability

OpenWay and its software, visual design, content, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to us. Except where law permits, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from the app. The service is provided on an "as available" basis; uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation is not promised.

6. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, OpenWay disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of, or inability to use, the app.

7. Other terms

Our Privacy Policy also applies to your use. These Terms are subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and Apple App Store terms. We may update them by posting a revised version with a new date. You may stop using the app at any time; cancellation of a subscription is managed in Apple settings. Questions: [email protected].
